It’s a lifestyle that includes not just getting jacked in the gym, but developing sustainable lifestyle habits that we can continue for life. The most important word is TRYNA as it’s a constant process of TRYING to get jacked and just get better day by day. This is why we preach the “daily wins” and enjoy your training style so much as that makes things so much easier since we are just focused on winning the day (@andyfrisella ) instead of getting overwhelmed by looking at the top of the mountain.
I know for us and many people we have been lucky enough to connect with getting jacked is so much more than just lifting some weights consistently and looking great for the gram. The wins in the gym lead to so many other wins outside of the gym whether that’s in business, relationships, mentality, confidence, lifestyle habits (way we eat, sleep, feel) and overall connect with others & ourselves.
This is going to be a lifelong pursuit for many of us and we can’t wait to share this journey with as many people as possible. Growing ourselves is one thing but growing together as a team is another feeling that is unmatched.

Rounit has been passionate about health and fitness for the past 8 years. So passionate that he left his corporate job as an accountant to help others and pursue his purpose to make an impact.
He has a unique way of approaching fitness by taking all the factors of health into consideration while making the individual's goal the highest priority. That is where the whole “Grow” aspect comes into play as he believes constant growth is the way to reach our goals. Growth comes in many aspects such as physical fitness, daily nutritional habits, learning through books, reflection, podcasts, and other people.
He has worked with a wide variety of individuals both in person and virtually. From younger individuals with the primary focus being getting jacked to older individuals just wanting to lose weight and live pain free. In both cases growth is priority.
The philosophy here at Tryna Get Jacked is simple, as long as we keep trying to improve and strive to get better we will get JACKED. This is why we preach enjoying the process, this way we make getting jacked into a lifestyle.

Getting jacked changed my life. That sounds so cliche and bullshit but if it wasn’t for getting into the best shape of my life I don’t think I would be in the position I am today. I was able to cut back on so many vices, and have more energy to pour into more important things in my life like relationships, education and work.If it wasn’t for the coaches and mentors (all online) in my life, I wouldn’t have been able to save so much time by having someone give me the clarity, direction and accountability I didn’t realize I needed to get better. I’ve always wanted to pursue a passion where I could directly help and influence others and so here I am! As more and more of my clients get into better shape, I see them improve in other aspects of their life like getting promotions, taking up activities they love and have the energy to pour back into the people around them.
As a TGJ coach, I’m grateful to be in a position where I can strive to be the best coach I can be and hopefully help thousands of others make transformations that go beyond just getting jacked. The times where I doubt being in a profession that may not be as “stable” as a regular job, I’m quickly reminded of the impact I can have on others with the conversations I have with the people I work with on a daily basis! Type of shit that makes me go, this is why I do this.
