PERSONAL RESPONSBILITY

If you think about it, anything sick we have done that we are proud of or achieved success in - we took personal responsibility and took action consistently to get to that point. Its just some things are more normalized than others.

For example 

You are becoming or are already a Doctor or engineer - all the actions leading up to this such as the studying, exams, showing up to class, applying for different jobs. All these are up to us in terms of how hard we go and how much effort we put in. Yes we have people guiding us along the way but they are just guides so we can learn and possibly expedite the process slightly faster. 

But we take PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY to execute. 

At our current Jobs or running a BUSINESS - once we have the tasks at hand we have to execute on them no body has to constantly force us and the ceiling tends to be up to us in terms of how much effort we put in. This leads to monetary gain which is the driver of making us consistently execute. 

But again we take PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY to execute our tasks. Nobody really forces us, we have to do what we have to do. 

We want to get married - we COMMIT with our partner and go all in. We don’t go like yo im married during the week and i cheat on the weekends.

We take personal responsibility to show up daily and adjust along the way.

We want to earn our Motorcycle license - we take responsibility to go through all the courses and learn how to ride a bike. Then save up enough to buy a bike.

We took personal responsibility to execute on this

The common denominator in all these scenarios is that WE took personal responsibility and internally wanted to take action.

This is the exact common denominator that is in all the people who are able to sustain a jacked lifestyle - - is that every day they take personal responsibility to show up to the best of their abilities and knowledge. But in society it always seems to be the area which is normalized to take a back seat and let it constantly slip until we have no option but to start taking our health seriously.

Obviously if you are reading this - you are in the process of getting jacked into a full lifestyle and understand the long term benefit of it in all aspects of life. 

So just start applying this principle to our daily actions and see the gains we start to make. Just think about the areas we have the ability to take Personal responsibility in and see how much of the game it changes. 

We go from blaming our situation, making excuses about life things and start thinking about the productive solutions for whatever area of life we are delaying and not taking personal responsibility in.

Let's go out there and take some JOOCY RESPONSIBILITY going forward. 

The beauty is we are literally in control of everything. Just have to take responsibility.
